I’ve done this a many of times already, but we have to keep practicing. The verbs do and make are used in numerous expressions in English. Many words and phrases can only go with one of these two verbs and not the other. It is useful to keep a record of collocations you learn with do and make, as well as with other common verbs such as get or have.
One part controls memory, another does math, another makes decisions, another makes plans.
