WOW! Welcome to my new joint-podcast featuring Mira Butler and I. At the time, we started with four but the others weren’t in alignment with the overall purpose of this podcast so now it’s just Mira Butler and I. In the future, we will attract more to us.

Because I’m the first podcast debuting, I need to give a solid introduction behind why I started a new podcast. Mira Butler and I have done a ton of work together, and we’re trying to conjure up ways to expand our reach. We began with the IG lives because we realized they would play a pivotal role in creating our tribe, but having a podcast, too, would obviously push things out there at a far-quicker pace. Our goal is to bring coaches with specialities in a wide-range of areas. Mira being a transformation coach, myself being an inspiration coach, and we’ll find others who specialize in other areas. There’s a lot to be spoken about and there will be an introduction podcast coming shortly, but today is my inspirational message.

Three Questions to Think About Often & Keeps You Focused

Some things you need to keep in your mind that will help you maintain focus. The most important question is: “what is something in your life that death isn’t going to kill?” I’m speaking from a legacy standpoint. What is something that is and forever will be after you leave the body and domain? This is called impact….and if you strive for impact while you’re alive, you won’t count the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months….you will live in the NOW and embrace all things that come to you.

1) If the truth was written on your tombstone, what would it say?

  • Lived, but never felt alive?
  • Didn’t go for his/her dreams?
  • This person died empty because he lived an empty life!

2) If your life ended today, what regrets would you have?

                                   List all your regrets!

3) What is something about your life that death isn’t going to kill?

  • What’s going to live on when you move on?
  • What about you is never going to die?

Wheel of Life: May 2020 Edition – Becoming Mentally Tough

It’s been almost two months since doing the transformation coaching program with Mira Butler, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the development of who I am. It’s now time to take those quantum leaps because the inner-conflict is no longer there. Completing The Past Part II

After going back and completing the past, my conscious was now free. Those three individuals that were not only on my mind but also in the subconscious (dreams), they were no more. This was the most free-ing exercise. One of the individuals had responded with her explanation, but it didn’t even matter because it was ME who needed the closure, and perhaps that had given her some closure, too. The other two? One never responded…and that’s totally fine because I did it without expectation. The other one was actually resolved a couple of weeks prior but “dumb me” thought it could’ve been a life-time relationship but it was just a purposeful relationship. Lol. Tune in!

Complete The Past

Yes, this is one of those podcasts that you need to really listen to because I’ve had a number of faces creep into my dreams. Now, it’s very difficult to even recall dreams after you wake up in the morning, but there were about 2-3 people who kept coming into my dreams and I was just confused as to why.

So, I asked myself the question: “did I complete these relationships?” The answer was “no.” So what I did was I took to Instagram, and this allowed me to finally write the final chapter of the book and close it permanently. When I did that, they were no longer in my conscious or dreams….and then I started attracting to me people who I was possibly pushing away because the energy that was surrounding the previous relationships.
