Topic: Doing What’s Needed….For Now

I came across a situation (cleared up since then) when I was utterly confused at the reaction of someone. My “boss,” who I speak to maybe once a year, wanted to me notified via agent/me when the renewal of my visa was coming. He said, “you should’ve notified me before you paid.”

So then I quickly jumped to my own defence and said, “wait, so if I had asked you before, would you have accepted my renewal?”

That’s simply overthinking — which it turned out to be. But that’s only my situation. Some of you are in similar situations where people want to have that sort of power over you, and because we’re living in rapidly changing times, our pride says “tell them to fuck off,” but it’s essential to think things through while beating on your craft (side hustle) at the same time. The Global Coaches Podcast| Inspirational Monday | Arsenio Buck | No Net

WOW! Welcome to my new joint-podcast featuring Mira Butler and I. At the time, we started with four but the others weren’t in alignment with the overall purpose of this podcast so now it’s just Mira Butler and I. In the future, we will attract more to us.

Because I’m the first podcast debuting, I need to give a solid introduction behind why I started a new podcast. Mira Butler and I have done a ton of work together, and we’re trying to conjure up ways to expand our reach. We began with the IG lives because we realized they would play a pivotal role in creating our tribe, but having a podcast, too, would obviously push things out there at a far-quicker pace. Our goal is to bring coaches with specialities in a wide-range of areas. Mira being a transformation coach, myself being an inspiration coach, and we’ll find others who specialize in other areas. There’s a lot to be spoken about and there will be an introduction podcast coming shortly, but today is my inspirational message.

10 Ways to make your dream come true

1. Be Yourself

SOME people might say you’re too fat, you’re too short, too straight, too gay. Whatever your sexual preference is, color of your skin, perception of life, values…just know that there will never be another YOU on this planet. In order to make your dreams come true, you have to be 100% authentic about who you are. If you’re even just slightly off, that could have a catastrophic effect on your passion.

Don’t Let People Minimize You

In this episode, I talk about how people get into FAD or PWM (people without money) markets.

For example, Bitcoin was a FAD market. In 2018, the hysteria was insane. You had people making podcasts, videos, etc….and they all fell for it. Sure, Bitcoin still exists today, but the hysteria has gone away and the voices are now silent.

I read a post on FB yesterday that someone I knew once tried creating a business for new grads. Well, if you just graduated from university, more than likely you’re in debt — therefore, you’re in a PWM market. I’m not lucky, but when I entered the ESL space, I knew that this was a billion-dollar industry with a massive opportunity to go to AR/VR in the future with an insane amount of collaborations. So, because I’m worldwide, I’m not reliant on economies that have deteriorated (Thailand and probably have the countries on planet Earth). There are economies that are surging, at the moment, and because I’m a trainer and have specific skill-sets, I attract those individuals because I have assets.

I’m in a People-With-Money market. This is something you need to consider before starting a business.

Ramble of Positivity: Episode 030 – Kicking off The New Year on Fire

First and foremost, the majority of you need to understand how to be grateful. When I do this particular podcast, I love to outline just how to do that, so here it is!

Actionable Steps

Give me a list of 5 things you’re especially grateful for — unattached to money.

Give two people compliments throughout your day without being told to do it.

How can you develop a positive mental attitude?

From the beginning of last year, I started developing my mind rigorously — day-in and day-out. For most of you out there, development in general is something of the past. Some of you aren’t even into personal development, and you’ll be doing the same things (if you haven’t already started) this year just like you were doing last year. Same people, same irresponsibility, same habits, same everything. You have to train your mind, and it’s one of the most difficult things to do.

I recall going to Australia back in 2017 and a friend told me, “you’ve changed. You mention being black and you have a thing against caucasians like I’ve never seen before.”

Still carrying the weight of how society, as a whole, has treated me in this country….I was still a victim. In order to escape victimhood, you have to to hone in and own up to everything that has ever happened to you. The University of Hardknocks loves giving out degrees to just about everyone in the world; regardless of race, creed, color, religion, etc.

At the beginning of last year, and as desperate as I was, I came across Napoleon Hill’s Positive Mental Attitude and that was the beginning of the change.

From actionable steps, to habits….you have to train your mind. I’m done with the “I will” and I love “I’m going to” more…because that’s a plan. Will is in the future and will forever be in the future.

  • I’m so unbelievably grateful that I’m living in an age where ample opportunity is everywhere.
  • I’m very thankful for the support group I’ve created that constantly gives me feedback.
  • I’m proud of the fact that I’ve been able to develop my mind to the point that I get amazing ideas to improve my business and give back to the society.
  • With all my heart, thank you for the process last year….a process which was so desperately needed.

Jack Canfield – Release The Brakes

Have you ever been driving your car and suddenly realized you left the emergency brake on?  Did you push down harder on the gas to overcome the drag of the brake? No, of course not.  You simply released the brake, and with no extra effort, you started to go faster.

A lot of people go through life with a psychological emergency brake on.  They hold negative images of themselves and suffer from all the effects and powerful experiences.  Everyone, especially Asians, have a tendency of living in their own comfort zone.  Their social groups because their culture restricts them to speaking to people outside their nationality.

In addition to individuals, we have a lot of inaccurate beliefs about reality or harbour guilt and self doubt.

I want you to think of it this way, your comfort zone is a prison you live in.  A confined area that you just can’t break free from…..they included the collection of can’t, musts, must nots, and other unfounded beliefs.

I like the story Jack Canfield talked about that pertained to a baby elephant.  This baby elephant is tied down to a wooden post.  The elephant’s area is determined by the length of the rope….the elephant’s comfort zone.  So, years later, when the elephant turns into a massive 5-ton beast, it doesn’t even try to cut loose from the rope because it was conditioned as a baby not to.

Perhaps this also describes you.  You’re trapped, or you feel you are.  You harbour all the limiting beliefs about yourself and images that you took in while you were young.  If this describes you, the good news is that you can change your comfort zone.  How? There are four different ways:

  1. You can use affirmations and positive self-talk to affirm already having what you want, doing what you want, and being the way you want.
  2. You can create powerful and compelling new internal images of having, doing, and being what you want.
  3. You can use the revolutionary technique called Tapping Therapy.
  4. You can simply change your behavior.
